The Wesget Sipu, Inc. ANA/SEDS Heritage Project

This project is made possible through the funding of HHS/ACF/ANA

This Heritage Project will enable the Wesget Sipu People to accomplish 3 very important objectives…

     1.      Our Tribal Family genealogy will be verified and digitized for posterity, and our Tribal Elders oral cultural heritage will be preserved on DVD and

             Voice Recordings.

2.      Our Tribal Cultural Ancestral Heritage will be researched and a compilation of documents, materials, maps and photographs will be archived for Tribal, local community and local schools to access.

3.      Our Tribal Elders will teach our Tribal Youth members in a year-long elder-youth apprenticeship program.  Our Tribal Council will receive leadership training specific to Native American culture.
